HP Board 12th Result

The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) announced the results of the Plus Two examinations on Monday.

HP Board 12th Result declared on Monday, speaking to media State School Education Board Chairman Hemraj Bairwa said that a total of 85,777 students appeared across all three streams – Science, Arts, and Commerce. Out of these candidates, 63,092 successfully passed the exams, while 9,103 students did not achieve a passing grade and 13,276 students will have to reappear due to compartments, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 73.76%.

Bairwa said that 41 students secured a place in the prestigious top ten merit list for the Plus Two exams, comprising 30 girls and 11 boys. Notably, 10 of these top-performing students hailed from government schools, while 31 were from private institutions. Additionally, there were 238 students who were recorded as not present during the exam period. Specifically, 98 of these were girls and 140 were boys who were absent during the Plus Two exams.

Out of the total candidate count, 41,673 were girls and 44,104 were boys. It was detailed that 35,552 girls and 35,773 boys represented government schools, with 6,023 girls and 8,191 boys attending private educational institutions.

The remarkable feat of issuing the HP Board 12th results within just 25 days was attributed to the concerted efforts of board officials, employees, and educators. Moreover, as a student-friendly initiative, the certificates for this year’s Plus Two results will be conveniently accessible on DigiLocker, streamlining the process for students. Chairman Bairwa also reassured that the matriculation exam results will be announced soon.
