President Murmu performs ‘aarti’ at Ram Mandir

President Droupadi Murmu paid obeisance and performed “aarti” at the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya on Wednesday.

Before her evening visit to the temple, she also took part in the Sarayu “aarti” and performed a puja at the Hanumangarhi temple. 

The president’s official social media ‘X’ account confirmed her visit to the Hanumangarhi temple. Upon her arrival at the Ayodhya airport, she was welcomed by Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel. This was her first visit to Ayodhya since the consecration ceremony of the newly-built Ram temple.
