Dharamshala, Sept 11, 2025 – An awareness programme on Rashtriya Karmayogi – Large Scale Jan Seva Programme (RK-LSJSP) was held today at 09:00 AM in the Conference Hall, Dhauladhar Parisar-I, Dharamshala, District Kangra (HP).

The Rashtriya Karmayogi – Large Scale Jan Seva Programme (RK-LSJSP) is a multi-phase behavioural training initiative launched by India’s Capacity Building Commission for central government employees. Its goal is to nurture a spirit of public service (Seva Bhaav). Master Trainers receive specialized training first and then organize workshops within their respective ministries and departments. These workshops use interactive methods to enhance service delivery and promote the “Karmayogi way of working.”

The programme witnessed active participation of teachers and employees, who gathered to understand the objectives and implementation strategies of RK-LSJSP. The initiative aims to strengthen public service delivery, capacity building, and citizen-centric governance through large-scale awareness and training drives.

The session highlighted the importance of the Karmayogi mission in equipping government employees with the necessary skills and mindset to serve people more effectively. Participants expressed their commitment to adopting the values of transparency, efficiency, and dedication in their respective roles.
